Unhappy text enhance

I have noticed recently that i have an annoying message that appears on any webpage called 'text enhancer'.
It advertises offers in my local area by underlining certain words within a page and making them green, so as when you slightly touch that word the advert appears.
As you can understand this is very annoying and would welcome any help in removing it from mky computer.

It isn't in your computer, it is embedded in the web page that you're viewing.

I use Firefox and have the "Adblock Plus" Add-on installed with which I can block these extremely irritating ads. Blocking something like http://*.intellitxt.* usually does the trick.

Thanks for that, although the test is still underlimed, at least teh anoying ad does not show when my curser moves over it. Let's hope something more reactive can be found soon.

One point I might injecthere - The ads that pop up for me are fo Groupon, a website that I do use and purchase items from, so I have sent them a letter informing thm that I do not like this method of advertising and untill the dissist from employing it I have unsubscribed from them and will not be buying anything from them. Let's hope that hitting them in their turnover causes some pain!

John
