Exclamation Is Google aware of this on "All" Chrome Family browsers?

Chrome has been Crashing infrequently on us and recently it completely Locked out [twice] with No way of doing a 192.168.0.1 Router reset
Did not have a red/orange light situation (on the router) But when I switched to Yandex .browser. I could browse again and Get this Chrome decided to run again

The browser crashed again an hour ago and while I was "Running" the Joke diagnosis routine It suggested I checked the Chrome settings which meant opening up the advance setting /Properties box (not been there in a long time) and I could not Find anything [there]to help (Fixed again by opening Yandex) but as I was about to leave I spotted this "Helpful" message which needs Urgent attention in the Open Proxy settings>Properties Tab Reset Internet Explorer Settings
How many years is it since those were Relevant? No wonder I can't Reset
It also suggests that many of the protocols on that menu leave the Chrome Browser in a static or Dangerous position! Only 1 solution. Get rid of the IE Links ,they are running way beyond what was intended.

I haven't experienced any problems running Version 68.0.3440.106 on four different computers.

I have just been to the same section on the Yandex.browser Settings link and they too are using the same menu! .However will need a bit of patience I'm wondering if the Yandex setup is different to the Vanilla Chrome arrangement
it's a long list if you have never encountered it

It also has a Mysterious checkbox (unticked) referencing a ?Windows 10 Feature SSPI

to access sites that use State standard encryption ( GOST, need to have Crypto Pro CSP installed)
As for that Item SSPI I got this very complex protocol Item sspi authentication Aka Security Support Provider Interface https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Securi...ider_Interface
And its beyond my experience. Simple article needed!

It sounds very confusing Mike. Is it important?

Honestly I don't know, somebody out there may know how it works, hence my query. Not risking my PC on it.

It seems to qualify for one of those 'What they actually said' and 'What they really meant' scenarios!
