Sorry about that - it looks like he wants the full CBS log.

Can you post a pic of the sysnative reply box on here so I can have a look ?

His last instructions seemed clear enough but seeing a pic could make things clearer.

Can you also post pics of where you get stuck after clicking on Go Advanced/Manage Attachments.

You could have problems getting a 2nd hand install disk to activate - I wouldn't go down that route.

If this is an OEM machine where Win 7 came preinstalled then you could factory reset after backing up your personal stuff, but that tends to be a last resort because of what else is involved.

I've just been looking at your sysnative thread.

Have a go at attaching the CBS log on here.

Thanks - Yes, that's attached fine and it looks like you succeeded in attaching it in the sysnative forum as well and the fix has been posted for you to execute.

'Copy (Ctrl+C) and Paste (Ctrl+V) the contents of this into your next post for me to analyse please - put tags around the log to break up the text''
Hi Cantrel , what does the 2nd line mean in the message above I got from the sysnative guy? I sent the contents he asked for and put a [ in front of the message and a ]at the end it. would that be what he's looking for? sorry Alex

That's something I've never done but whatever you did, he's accepted it and asked you to perform another sfc /scannow and attach the CBS log.
