Caused when the ReCaptcha key does not match the domain that the key is used on.
The site admin needs to fix this.

Madeline

Thanks for reply - I have already sent a couple of e-mails to the address in your link. One is over 5 days ago and no replies as yet.

Confirm that all my replies on Registration page were OK and double checked.

Incidentally, just this morning have come across my first real problem with Avant - I can access my online banking with Nationwide but can't download any previous (archived) statements in Avant as they will not download. Everything works OK in this regard in IE, so can work around it there.

Sorry to change thread subject but this has just cropped up now.

Regards

Roy

Was this with each of three 'rendering engines' in Avant ?

Thanks for replies.

Sneaky -

Have tried several times to get in touch with the admin. by e-mail but so far no response. Can't think of any other way to contact them.

Stewart -

This was with the Firefox rendering engine. Will check the other two and let you know.

Regards

Roy

Stewart -

The IE rendering engine works OK. Other rendering engines as below:-

Chrome does not download properly. The archived statements in Nationwide are in PDF format but Chrome just downloads an empty file with the name 'Get Statement' which cannot be opened.

Firefox (which I have set as default) downloads an error with the message 'server error code 400' and with 'Statement Archive' as the last item on the path.

Does this mean anything to you ?

Regards

Roy

Nothing as yet, Roy. What about PDFs from other Web sources ?

I was able to download/view/save a PDF file from another source using FF engine.

Stewart

Have successfully downloaded PDFs from several other sources using FF engine.

Did it as Save>Desktop>Open in PDF X-change viewer. Just the same as I have tried to do in the Nationwide banking site.
