Default trying to Print an Amazon return?

Right guys & gals.
I have bought some LED bulbs from Amazon that are faulty and want to return them.
I managed to get to the returns page, but in my Pale-Moon browser I can't find the "print" icon.
The fault is...
I have the Pale-Moon blue rectangular box top left OK, but when I click for the Amazon returns page with the scan-bar etc on it, It takes me to another page that doesn't have the blue box?
Hope you can understand this

Thanks Cantrel, I did
But sorry for wasting time here, as problem over.
I got an email with instructions on it ( I forgot about this Doh!!!), and I was able to get the Print page up then
But I don't understand why the blue box didn't show on the different page I was working on?
no matter, it's printed now phew.

Perhaps Madeline will have an answer for you - I'm a committed IE user.

I know it is resolved now, but a workaround would be to do a screen capture and then print.

It's a long time since I needed to return something to Amazon and had to print a label, but when I want to print anything from Pale Moon, I go to the Menu button>Print>Print Preview and print from that. The preview cuts out all the unnecessary stuff. If you have the Menu Bar enabled, you can go to File>Print Preview for the same thing.

I'm not clear about what you mean by this Bob.
