Unhappy Help with wiping hard disk back to factory settings

I just got my Laptop back after a meltdown restalled basic Windows 10 list of apps not reinstalled I just want to wipe all remaining data off and files,docs, any advice appriciated .

Thank God for Google I found how to put it back to factory settings a small button on the side of the laptop and follow instructions Done

That's a new one on me - never heard of a laptop having that sort of button.

What's the make & model of your laptop ?

So have you decided to resurrect it following your last post in your BSOD thread ?
