Default .psp file opening in IE

I must have accidentally clicked something. I am using Jasc Paint Shop Pro 9. I was making a signature tag for my forum. I saved it but when I came back to it, it showed up with an IE icon instead of a .psp icon.

I have been to where we can change file assocations.
Found .psp and over on the left it was set to open in IE. I highlighted it and clicked "change". The I clicked to show another app on my PC but Jasc Paint Shop pro was not listed.
I am really stuck now as I can no longer save the graphics I make.

Even when I right click the IE icon and click "open with" it does not list PSP9.

Did you not find PSP listed in the Default Programs option to associate it there with .psp ?

Alternatively open PSP - File > Preferences and set file association for .psp.

When you didn't find PSP to associate the .psp file type was there no 'Browse' option to locate PSP ?

No I did not find PSP listed.
Also when I looked where all the extensions are listed and you can change it, psp was not in the list.

I have now got them to open as a .psd at least I can now see them in Paint Shop.
