Default Maxtor one touch 4 Plus

hi guys, I own this accessory back up drive which is 500Gb. When i log in to it it says I have 364Gb free. However I can't access the 100Gb which is used! It says the folder is empty!. I get the same result whether I'm connected to my laptop or desktop pc, Help wanted to access the 100 Gb thank you Alex

afraid the unlocker didn't help, still insists the folder is empty. Looks like I'll have to re-format, and lose the 100Gb of info. but at least I'll get my one touch back again, but thanks!

If you don't want the files then fine a format should get it up and running. If you do want the files then you could try Recuva.
