There’s a similar extension for Chrome which you can get from the Chrome Web Store. It can also be installed on Opera and Vivaldi.

Click&Clean - Chrome Web Store

Windows’ Disk Cleanup tool will also get rid of Temporary Internet Files.

This is a link for Firefox’s ‘Click&Clean’, but it’s not compatible with the current version of Firefox - it’s fine for Pale Moon though!

Click&Clean :: Add-ons for Firefox

Regarding Disk Cleanup, some articles about it from ‘AskLeo!’ here:

Do I need both disk cleanup and CCleaner?

Do I need both disk cleanup and CCleaner?

The ‘Windows Update Cleanup’ in Disk Cleanup frees up a lot of space - this feature was introduced in Windows 7.

This morning I opened AdWare Cleaner version 7.0..1.0. and checked for updates - it said that my version was up to date, then I clicked on "About" and A windows popped up with a link to Malwarebytes official site, which said that version 7.0..2.0 was available - I ignored this and went to link at File Hippo and got version 7.0.3.0, so it is very confusing.

I had the same occur for AdwCleaner and downloaded from FileHippo.

This happens more often these days that updated downloads are available sooner than updates from within the program checked.
Just checked Macrium Reflect Free a few minutes ago which informed me updates were not available so downloaded from filehorse.com and installed on top of the previous version.
Same with Mozilla Firefox yesterday. Hey-ho!
