To all my friends on the Breast Cancer Site, I wish them good health and happiness for the coming year.

To everyone who has helped with their daily clicks, I sincerely hope that the advancements in this generic field will eventually discover a cure for this terrible illness.

In reciprocation, I thank everyone for your kind and good wishes, and indeed hope this year will be a good one for us all.

Just popped back in for a quick post.

Joe last posted on 21st December. If you are able to pop in and read this Joe I hope that you DID manage to shake off your nasty "bug" and the antibiotics worked for you.
It would be sad to think that you've still been ill for the Festivities.
Thinking of you.
Take care,
Glenda xx

Evening Friends.

Glenda I was thinking about that also.

Hope you are now feeling better Joe, and the antibiotics have cleared up the chest infection.

I had this sent to me recently and was going to post it on a new thread. but thought Keesha might like to watch it on here.

It is a couple of years old (2016) but I think the dogs were fantastic.

Evening friends,

Chose not to post until the new year as 2nd lot of anti 'bios didn't work, but did look in and was glad to see the Cancer site conversion transitioned smoothly.

Have been in contact with friends and relatives throughout the country and was surprised to learn just how many folk have been under the weather with chest infections. So be warned ..... take care.

Hope to be rid of this bug soon, in the meantime I wish you all a happy and healthy New Year.

Clicked.

Morning Friends on this wet TUESDAY morning.

Joe Pleased you are on the mend and enjoying the start of the New Year.

Hope everyone’s keeping warm as much as possible, and for all those travelling by car, watch out for “black ice” which we have had in parts of the County.

On a more lighter note, our supermarket has started to sell Easter Eggs. I kid you not.

I wonder if anyone checks the sell by dates when they buy these things?

Clicks all done.

MIKE

PS Blimy, that was quick. Almost an instantaneous post.

If you are looking in Robert, whatever you have done ... Thank you

Good afternoon friends,

Joe, it's good to see you back I hope you'll soon be back to 100% fitness.
I got an email from Pierre (ex CA) shortly after Christmas Day and he'd been ill over Christmas with the Flu.
It's not good at holiday times when you're not into the festivities.

Mike,
Loved the dogs. I wish mine was as obedient.

My bargain of the day,
I've just been to my local Co-op and they had ceramic pots of Stilton cheese (sell by date 2nd January) reduced to 20p and Black grapes reduced to 60p so I bought myself a crusty half French stick and I'm now enjoying my (posh) lunch.

Take care everyone,
Clicked.

@ Glenda - Got a page cannot be found using your link so clicked on Flamingo's.

I was on anti bios a couple of weeks back as I had a chest infection following a cold and was unable to breathe.

I hadn't realised it was so widespread, although one of my sisters told me she'd had breathing problems as well.

Tom,

That's what I couldn't understand about my first post on this new thread.
My first link was.......
http://www.thebreastcancersite.com/c...aces?siteld=2] (copied and pasted from my opening post )

My second link was ..............
http://www.thebreastcancersite.com/c...aces?siteld=2] (The second link in my opening post [copied and pasted to here] )

Both IDENTICAL URL'S

The first link said "Page can't be found"

The second link took me straight to the Breast Cancer site ?????

The only difference between the two is that one is in the main text and the second is within a Quote ????

They were both the same URL ????????

I've just previewed this post and now BOTH links are saying "Page can't be found"

Where's Spit when you need him ???

Sorry to hear you too have been unwell. I hope it's all cleared up now for this New Year.

I've copied this link after using Flamingo's hyperlink and that one works for me.

http://www.thebreastcancersite.com/clickToGive/bcs/home

Comparing this one to the two you have posted shows a noticeable difference in the address.

Thanks, I was breathing better after the course of anti bios.

Tom
, it was pleasing to read that you had a chest infection, indicating that you are now all clear. I can see light at the end of the tunnel already.

Mike, I agree things seem to have certainly speeded up, particulary with post and preview.

Glenda, sorry to hear Pierre has been rough over Xmas .... it always happens to the nice guys you know.

After losing to near bottom club Bolton, Blades have been lucky to have kept in touch at the top.
