Question Why can't we see the Status of USB chargers on W10"

Here is something which is puzzling me .
Normally when I link a Device in to the USB port I hear the Connection Chime
Then it displays a Notice of the Status /condition of Said device ,Dirty USB connection may not display fully But can see them in the File explorer Folder as Say D:// E:///
OK that's Cool
But I have inserted USB powerbank Chargers Devices (2 different types) which connect "Chimes"yet gives no Internal display as to how the Charging Process is proceeding on the PC only on the Charging lights(in the Device)

Any Idea on why these are not following the rules for Display?
You're Welcome.
