Exclamation Kaspersky Internet Security 2012

I was trying to uninstall and then re-install Kaspersky internet security 2012 when my computer crashed in the middle of the uninstallation. When the computer restarted, I saw that the software was still there and working. When I try to uninstall it again, I get the following message:

Anyone know why this is happening?? It must be installed if the program can work, am I right?

EDIT: I have changed your image to a clickable link because the original was too big.

Default Re: Kaspersky Internet Security 2012

Instructions here:
http://support.kaspersky.com/faq/?qid=208284263

If that doesn't work you could try using Revo Uninstaller:
http://www.revouninstaller.com/

It's free.

Still no joy post in our hijackthis forum and see if they can sort it for you.

Is this something you paid for?

Joe.
