Default Lenavoe tablet

My wife has a Lenavoe tablet that has started to drop off occasionally, she has to restart it manually, any ideas anyone?

Drop off what ? - perhaps you should use the Lenovo Contact Us support - I assume you meant Lenovo ?

Firstly Alex if you get no joy from Lenovo support let us know and then, can you give us what model, how old is it, what is it running, Lollipop I suspect.

How do you mean she has to start it manually? I run a good old Hudl tab and I have to start that manually every day when I use it after charging it.????
A bit more info might help here might help us to sort it. I suspect the batteries.

I was wondering if it could be a power saving setting but not having a tablet, I don't know what settings they have - but if it's just started happening then there's no way they could have changed on their own.

Comparing to a laptop, when the batteries get too low, the machine will shutdown and will not restart on battery power, so not sure that could be the cause.
