Default What to do with batteries full of charge put in recycling bin?

https://www.amazon.com/Industrial-To.../dp/B003ZKDGW6
I'm collecting batteries in my office for charity and recycling. I took a box home and expected them to be giving a low charge when using a simple battery tester (see link above) but the charge of some was high. Instead of recycling them I thought I'd keep them until I need them for personal use but there's too many! What should I do? It seems a waste that not empty charge batteries are to be recycled? I guess office colleagues had too many lying around at home so just put them in for recycling to tidy up their houses.

You are collecting them for charity? Then they should ALL be recycled for that purpose.
