Question Gotcha! Can anyone see this App in their Google Security Checkup/sweep list?

I have just done the Google Security Checkup sweep and have got "Green ticked" all down the List Happy? Well No, under the 3rd party access section
Quote:
5 apps with low-risk access to your data
There is a link called ReturnPath which when I clicked it revealed this information:
Quote:
Return Path
Has access to:

Read, send, delete, and manage your email
More about this app:

500,000 - 1,000,000 Google Account users

Homepage:
http://returnpath.com/
and it was listed Access given on: February 24, 2015
So for almost 3 years it's "been at work "
The Link gives away nothing bar it's a Corporate website (Not Registered there) and I cannot History date any change that far back Query Did I activate a Sync link somewhere?
The Link can be disabled but at what cost? The wording suggests that it's getting checked by this 3rd party (interception for monitoring purposes?)
On the Flip side This is what it says it does.. (also concerns Yahoo mail users) https://blog.returnpath.com/gmail-ya...ibing-smarter/

Consumers who overindulged in online shopping this year may have some reprieve from the upcoming inbox overload. Both Yahoo and Google recently launched smart unsubscribe processes that make it easier for people to unsubscribe from unwanted emails.
If that is its Primary Purpose ,as a Spam mail Trap App, then it is a Keeper,(must have) Kudos to them.
PS An Interesting Article on these wholesale Routing Apps and their workings https://blog.mailchimp.com/where-spa...how-they-work/

Out of edit time
I was going to add this Last line :
This was made before the current generation Smartmail trap apps came into use, dated 2013 !
I think it's the reason we now get almost Zero Spam in most of our mailboxes AOL mail is my only leaky email box ,I have about 1 or 2 probable "phishes" per week there.
