Thumbs up Adguard AdBlocker now featured on Chrome vs AB+

Did not think this would get out of the Exclusivity of the Yandex.browser App store ...Adguard Adblocker can now be used on Chrome Browser without fear of it being a limited trial
If it's put up against AdBlock + it does stop more Ads than that product Also it works well with the Ad Blitz on YouTube
I had it working with each other briefly (on Yandex) and there seemed to be no conflict (Have disabled AB+ Now) Running with WOT they complement each other.
Here is a quick idea of how it works:
Quote:
What Adguard AdBlocker does:

1. Blocks all ads including:
- Video ads (including Youtube video ads)
- Rich media advertising like video ads, interstitial ads and floating ads
- Unwanted pop-ups
- Banners and text ads (including Facebook advertisements)
2. Speeds up page loading and saves bandwidth, thanks to the missing ads and pop up windows
3. Blocks many spyware, adware and dialer installers (optional)
4. Protects your privacy by blocking common third-party tracking systems (optional)
5. Protects you from malware and phishing (optional)
Over to you AB+.... Can you match this list ?
Its the Fine Block Filter details that will decide what wins (Never set one up on either of these) Have to read /view an Experts Review Comparison on these products

Default Re: Adguard AdBlocker now featured on Chrome vs AB+

I saw on the Feedback link There were a few Non/poor runners reported OK Did they did not Have Spywareblaster in Play? That and Windows Defender Combine to make a good defence Other Windows/Browser Security Combinations, I cannot comment on Sticking with what I have. and all is quiet/safe
There was also a small number of replies saying that A Malware product (CoinHive?) was detected .My guess it a False Positive signature generated by a Bad Setup Combo I cannot comment on . To them I say check what you have in play as regards Malware detection Update/remove where applicable. And of course keep it simple. Too many Security apps also slow things down doing the same job
