Default creating a table with php myadmin?

CREATE DATABASE `classicmodels`; MySQL said:

was trying to create a table already created an ew database but not like sql code i used? never had a problem before.

What privileges have you granted to that user?
mysql> GRANT ALL PRIVILEGES ON database_name.* TO 'username'@'localhost';
