Adobe Flash Player 11.3.300.257 - 08/06/2012

Updates have been issued today, 08/06/2012, to Flash Player v11.3.300.257. You can either download them from Adobe or wait to see if Flash Player's built-in updater gets on with the job and does it for you. It's a security update, so you should get it as soon as possible one way or the other.

Looks like auto-install has stalled for me after its promising start:

I've updated them manually, but noticed I didn't get asked if I wanted it to auto-update this time around. So either it recognised that setting was already present in the previous version or I am going to find I need to do it manually.

Is there any way of telling from the PC the current setting for auto-update?

If not..roll on HTML5 >:-)

I looked in Firefox addons and both versions the old and new were enabled, now to sort that one out! :-)

This laptop announced today that an update was available, but apparently it couldn't find my internet connection! Oh well, at least it tried! Luckily I'd already downloaded the installers so I've got the new versions for both IE and other browsers installed now. The old version's gone from Firefox for me, so I don't know why you've still got it. Have you tried uninstalling it?
