I agree with you Madeline. It's amazing that way out in the Italian or French countryside you can get blisteringly fast broadband speeds but in the wilds of Leicestershire you struggle to maintain the meagre provision that you have.
The broadband situation in the UK is scandalous. If it wasn't for the Welsh Assembly Government, we'd still be on dial-up here. I realise that 10Mbps isn't 'superfast' as defined in that article, but it's a hell of a lot better than 44.0Kbps or 45.2Kbps, which is what we had before.
