I have had it with Talktalk, absolutely appalling customer
services! Anyone recommend good customer service/web
provider,not too expensive?

What was/is your problem.

TT telephoney CS support has never had a good rep but posting your problems on the TT forum can sometimes produce a favourable conclusion.

After very frustrating month trying to sort out an issue with Talk Talk - decided to walk walk as I was no longer in contract. Now with John Lewis broadband and its like a breath of fresh air.

Now settled with Plusnet who are based in Yorkshire and so
speak without an indian accent-------Yippeee!
And the prices ain't bad either,plus excellent courtesy.

Have to agree Jimdingo.

Was with VM for some 6-7 years (without major issues). Switched this spring to Plusnet (as I wouldn't be using the TV channels any more....Always polite (and I can understand them, I'm a yorkshire also)...LOL
