Recovering WebEden Charity Website

I set up a Website for a local charity in 2010, but now find my login details do not work. I have tried recovering user names resetting passwords etc, but nothing seems to work. As it's a free account I can't send a post to WebEden asking them to close the account so I can start again if I can't recover all the necessary login details. Any help appreciated.

I cannot copy the text but this link and choosing the customer support entry from the dropdown list says you can contact them when all else fails.
