I don't agree with things that are clearly false being published in a magazine which I consider as scientific and educational.

If someone wrote in to say to fix a hard drive you should take it out...

I was very disappointed to read the opinions in the letter from Ian Clements on p72 of issue 455, but even more disappointed that you published it and that you didnít defend your original statement...

Android internal storage

I've got a MotoG2 smartphone running Android 6 which has 8GB of internal storage. I also have a micro SD card that photos save to.

The OS takes up 2.49GB so that leaves 5.51GB for everything else....

Thanks. Speedtest is the speed test that talktalk use on their site. I test it wirelessly as that's how I connect. I wonder why the other tests give such different results.

Android launchers issue 435 p50

Thanks. I'll have a look at that. I've found that if I connect to the internet on my laptop first and then turn the vpn on on my tablet, there isn't a problem.

Thanks for the info. I do use Opera and the built in VPN is good. I was also thinking of VPNs for use on Android tablets etc. I'll have a lookt at ublock origin.
