May be caused by your anti virus blocking the writing of files to the USB stick.



Try disabling any antivirus and running the .exe as admin.

You do not need the recovery option as you can already boot into Windows. I used the Microsoft media creation tool to create an install iso which I burned to Dvd. Then I ran it from within Windows....

A VPN gives you a false IP address. I suspect that this is being checked against the forum's list of banned IPs.
If this happens simply get an new Ip from the VPN and try to log in...
