Yes, I have it on my Win 10 dated 1/6/2018

While I don't know why or how I got it, I know it isn't causing any adverse effects.

Not everyone may be comfortable with or experienced enough to do a clean install or have an install disk for earlier versions of Windows.

It isn't sufficient a problem for me to worry about.

One that does though is that the Google Search Settings Save button has gone missing in IE 11.

It came back for a short while then vanished...

On my Win 7 machine I have the update settings set to Check for but let me choose... and that way I can vet what I can allow to be installed by clicking on Important or Optional updates.
